摘要：针对物价波动影响下合同价款的调整较难确定的现状，以工程计价相关法律法规为主要依据，从业主方全过程控制的视角，分析物价波动的三大关键控制点，即要素价格变化范围或风险幅度的确定、物价波动调整值的确定方法，物价波动引起价款调整的支付控制。在确定价款调整的受益方之后按程序调价，并且通过对物价波动支付流程的研究，应用物价波动台账，优化物价波动影响合同价款支付流程，有利于减少纠纷，有效地确定物价波动影响合同价款调整数额。

Abstract：In view of the fact that it is difficult to determine the adjustment of contract price under the influence of price fluctuation，based on the relevant laws and regulations of engineering valuation，and from the perspective of the owner’s whole process control，this paper analyzes the three key control points of price fluctuation，namely，the determination of risk range，the determination method of quantity and unit price for price fluctuation adjustment，and the payment control of price adjustment caused by price fluctuation. After confirming the beneficiaries of price adjustment，adjusts the price according to the procedure，and through the study of price fluctuation payment process，uses price fluctuation account to optimize the price fluctuation affecting the contract price payment process，which is conducive to reducing disputes and effectively determining the price fluctuation affecting the contract price adjustment amount.
