摘要：针对我国旧工业厂房改造中原有结构构件约束、施工技术复杂、作业空间局限等施工特征，构建施工安全风险影响因素体系。采用熵权法确定各影响因素的权重，结合系统动力学建立施工安全风险SD模型，动态模拟结构、技术、人员、管理、环境5个子系统对施工风险变化的影响程度。以陕西某钢厂6号车间改造项目施工为例进行分析，并针对结果提出合理的建议对策，从而为此类项目的施工安全风险管理提供理论依据。

Abstract：In view of the construction characteristics naming constraints of the original structural components，the complex construction technology and narrow working space in the reconstruction of the old industrial buildings in China，this paper builds influencing factor system of safety risk in reconstruction of old industrial factory buildings. Then，uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each influencing factor，establishes a construction safety risk SD model with system dynamics，and dynamically simulates the impact of five subsystems of structure，technology，personnel，management and environment on the total risk of construction. Taking the reconstruction of No. 6 workshop renovation project of a steel plant in Shaanxi as an example to analyze. Accordingly，puts forward suggestions and countermeasures with the results，provides theoretical basis for construction safety risk management of such projects.
