摘要：为提高装配式建筑的工期效益，分析实际工作中装配式建筑工期效益的主要影响因素：预制构件供货不及时、预制构件质量缺陷、管理效率低下等，运用AHP法对各因素的相对影响程度进行测算，发现管理问题是造成装配式建筑工期拖延的最主要原因。基于对各因素相对影响程度的测算结果及相关分析提出提高装配式建筑工期效益的合理化建议。

Abstract：In order to improve the benefit of construction period of prefabricated buildings，the paper analyzes the main reasons for the delay of construction period of prefabricated buildings in practical work，including delayed delivery of prefabricated components，quality defects of prefabricated components and low management efficiency. Calculates the relative influence degree of various factors based on AHP method，finds that the management problem is the most important reason for the construction delay of prefabricated buildings. Based on the calculation results，puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the construction period benefit of prefabricated buildings.
