摘要：通过借鉴其他行业比价的相关研究，将基准比价法分解为市场价格的确定及自身价格的调整两部分；以河北沧州污水处理厂为例，按照比价对象遴选、影响因素分析、价格归一化处理的流程得出其市场价格；通过案例分析确定出现行价与市场价的缺口比例，在此基础上，根据投资回报率调价原理调整现行价格。基于此，给出基准比价法推广应用的建议。

Abstract：This paper decomposes the benchmark price method into the determination of market price and the adjustment of its own price by referring to the research of other industry parity. Taking cangzhou sewage treatment plant in Hebei as an example，obtains the market price according to the selection of comparison objects，analysis of influencing factors and the process of price normalization. Then，determines the ratio of the gap between current price and market price through case analysis. On this basis，adjusts the current price according to the principle of return on investment. Based on this，puts forward the suggestions for the promotion and application of the benchmark price method.
