基于BIM技术的PPP项目全生命周期绩效评价研究—以保障房项目为例

摘要:构建基于BIM技术的PPP项目全生命周期绩效评价模型,将各阶段的绩效评价串联起来。然后以国内某保障房项目为例,从项目识别与准备、项目采购以及项目执行等3个环节,介绍基于BIM的PPP绩效评价模型应用,进而确保PPP项目绩效评价的有效展开。关键词:PPP;BIM;全生命周期;保障房Abstract:This paper constructs the full life cycle performance evaluation model of PPP project based on BIM technology to link the performance evaluation of each stage. Then,taking an affordable housing project in China as an example,introduces the application of PPP performance evaluation model based on BIM from three aspects:project identification and preparation,project procurement and project execution,so as to ensure the effective implementation of PPP project performance evaluation.Keywords:PPP;BIM;full life cycle;affordable housing参考文献[1] National Audit Office.
