摘要：传统建设管理模式下，输变电工程全寿命周期各阶段割裂，管理工作碎片化，严重影响其预期价值实现，而全过程工程咨询能有效弥补输变电工程传统管理模式不足。因此，从输变电工程全过程工程咨询内涵和核心要点出发，梳理输变电工程现有管理工作流程的不足，对现有管理工作流程进行优化。并以江苏某试点工程为例，分析管理工作流程优化效益，希望有助于全过程工程咨询在输变电工程领域的推广和使用。

Abstract：Under the current traditional management mode，the power transmission and transformation engineering has management fragmentation，which has seriously affected the expected value realization. And the life cycle engineering consulting will effectively make up for the lack of traditional management mode of power transmission and transformation engineering. Therefore，from the life cycle engineering consulting connotation and core points，this paper combs out the deficiency of existing management workflow of power transmission and transformation project and optimizes the existing management workflow. Taking the pilot project in Jiangsu as an example，analyzes the benefits of workflow optimization，hopes be helpful to the promotion and use of life-cycle engineering consulting in the field of power transmission and transformation.
