摘要：分析开展工程项目经济活动分析的价值，阐述当前工程项目经济活动分析中反映出的问题，提出开展工程项目经济活动分析的思考与建议，包括转变经营思路、把控效益源头、强化执行力、实现预警堵漏、提升盈利水平等，以期保证工程项目经济效益的实现。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the value of carrying out the analysis of economic activities of engineering projects，expounds the problems in the analysis of economic activities of engineering projects at present，and puts forward the consideration and suggestions for carrying out the analysis of economic activities of engineering projects，including changing the management thinking，controlling the source of benefits，strengthening the execution，realizing the early warning and plugging up the leakage，and improving the profit level，so as to ensure the realization of economic benefits of engineering projects.
