摘要：明确基于自然解决方案、基于社会解决方案两大理念的内涵，确立包括自然包容与社会包容在内的包容性城市更新目标体系。随后从自然和社会两大维度阐述包容性城市更新实践体系，并探讨相应的协同机制。最后，构建技术、经济、制度三位一体的包容性城市更新保障体系。

Abstract：This paper clarifies the connotation of Nature-Based Solutions and Society-Based Solutions. Then，establishes the purpose system consists of the nature-inclusiveness and society-inclusiveness，and elaborates the practice system of inclusive urban renewal with a further exploration of the cooperation mechanism. Finally，puts forward a security system based on technical support，economic security and institutional guarantee.
