摘要：从工期缩短带来的贷款利息的节约、间接费用的节省和提前收回投资的经济效益三个方面，通过建立经济效益的时间关系模型，并结合实际项目案例，将装配式建筑的机会经济效益进行量化；提出应将直接的成本增量与无形的机会经济效益相抵扣之后的值，作为装配式建筑与传统现浇建筑经济效益比较的依据。

Abstract：From three aspects of the saving of loan interest，the reduction of indirect costs and the economic benefits of early recovery of investment brought about by the shortened construction period，the paper quantifies the opportunity economic benefits of prefabricated construction by establishing a time-relation model of economic benefits and combining with the actual project cases. And then puts forward the view that the value after offsetting of the economic benefits of the prefabricated buildings and incremental direct cost should be takend as the basis for comparing the economic benefits of assembly building with that of traditional cast-in-place building.
