摘要：基于京东企业购的智慧采购“三大标准”和“678”理论，阐释智慧采购内涵，从数据链、智能支撑服务平台、产业链三个方面构建建筑企业智慧采购模式，分析实际案例，为建筑企业今后开展智慧采购提供参考。

Abstract：The paper expounds the connotation of wisdom procurement based on “three standards” and “678” theory of wisdom procurement of Jingdong enterprise purchase，then builds the wisdom procurement model of construction enterprise from three aspects of the data chain，intelligent support service platform and industrial chain. Finally，makes empirical analysis through case studies，in order to provide the reference to carry out wisdom procurement for construction enterprises in the future.
