摘要：当前，全过程工程咨询模式在全国范围内大力推行，但针对输变电工程中全过程工程咨询模式发展现状的研究和分析较少。本文以电网企业输变电全过程工程咨询改革为背景，以输变电工程特点为基础，分析了输变电工程全过程工程咨询模式内涵及推行过程中遇到的问题，在此基础上提出了适用于电网企业的全过程工程咨询管理模式，并提出针对性建议，为电网企业输变电工程全过程工程咨询改革提供借鉴和依据。

Abstract：At present，the life cycle consultancy mode is vigorously promoted nationwide，but there is less research and analysis on the development status of the life cycle consultancy mode in power transmission and transformation engineering. Based on the reform of the life cycle consultancy mode of power transmission and transformation and the characteristics of power transmission and transformation engineering，the paper analyzes the connotation of the life cycle consultancy mode of the power transmission and transformation project and the problems encountered in the implementation process. On this basis，proposes the life cycle consultancy management mode suitable for power grid enterprises and targeted recommendations，which provides reference and basis for the life cycle consultancy reform of power transmission and transformation projects.
