摘要：从竞争性、非必要性、空间性和可控性四个方面界定项目唯一性的内涵，基于多案例分析项目唯一性风险的影响因素及形成机理，并提出项目唯一性风险的防范对策和救济措施。

Abstract：The paper defines the connotation of project uniqueness from four aspects：competitiveness，non-necessity，spatiality and controllability. Analyses the influencing factors and formation mechanism of project uniqueness risk based on the case study，and puts forward the preventive measures and relief measures for project uniqueness risk.
