摘要：结合理论分析和问卷调查，建立项目经理道德风险评价指标体系；选用层次分析法和SPSS统计软件计算评价指标的权重值；采用非线性模糊综合评价法，构建项目经理道德风险非线性模糊综合评价模型。然后，通过中建七局的实践工程项目验证了该模型的可行性，并与线性评价方法计算结果和实地调研结果进行比较，结果表明：使用非线性模糊综合评价法产生的误差较小，得到的评价结果更贴近现实，可作为定量评价项目经理道德风险的一种有效工具。

Abstract：Evaluation index system of project managers’ moral hazard is established based on the results of theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey，analytic hierarchy process and SPSS statistical software are used to determine the index weight，and the nonlinear fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by using the method of nonlinear fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then，a case study of China Construction Seventh Engineering Division. Corp. Ltd is made to verify the feasibility of the model and the comparison with the results of fuzzy linear comprehensive evaluation method and field research is made，which indicates that the method proposed here is more reasonable，can be used as an effective tool to make a quantitative evaluation of project managers’ moral hazard.
