摘要：投资估算的准确合理直接关系到后续项目的实施推进与工程造价控制。以大型城市滨水公园项目为研究对象，分析此类项目的投资估算构成与编制思路，阐述估算编制要点，为类似项目提供参考。

Abstract：The accuracy and rationality of the investment estimation is directly related to the implementation of follow-up projects and cost control of the project. This paper takes large-scale urban waterfront park project as research object，specifically analyses the composition and compilation ideas of investment estimation of such projects，and elaborates the compilation points in detail，so as to provide reference for the similar projects.
