摘要：根据轨道交通工程造价数据特点，结合工程造价信息化相关内容，通过对大量历史工程造价数据进行系统地梳理与分解，提出工程造价数据库的构建思路。基于应用案例的研究，探索轨道交通领域工程造价高效的管理模式，旨在指导后续建设中出现的招投标报价、变更审核、合同结算等问题。

Abstract：According to the characteristic of rail transit engineering cost data，combining with the relevant content of engineering cost information，through systematically combing and decomposing on a large number of historical engineering cost data，proposing the construction idea on engineering cost database. Based on the case study，this paper explores the efficient management mode of project cost in the field of rail transit，aiming at guiding the bidding quotation，change audit，contract settlement and other issues in the follow-up construction.
