摘要：利用BIM技术的信息化、可视化、协同性等特点，将BIM技术应用于项目知识管理活动中，提出基于BIM的EPC项目知识集成管理模式，并详细分析EPC项目各阶段知识管理的内容以及BIM技术在设计、采购、施工三个阶段知识管理活动中的应用，从而将项目知识有序化、体系化，为建筑企业知识管理提供新思路。

Abstract：In this paper，BIM technology is applied to project knowledge management activities by means of informationization，visualization and synergy of BIM technology. The knowledge integration management mode of EPC project based on BIM is proposed，and the content of knowledge management in each stage of EPC project is analyzed in detail. And this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the three stages of knowledge management activities of design，procurement and construction，so as to order and systemize the project knowledge，and provides new ideas for knowledge management of construction enterprises.
