摘要：在装配式混凝土建筑大力推行的市场背景下，研究如何控制建造成本就显得至关重要。通过对我国装配式混凝土建筑建造各环节成本进行分析，总结现阶段建造成本控制的难点问题并分析原因。最后从政府、行业和企业三个层面给出控制我国装配式建筑建造成本的具体措施建议，旨在促进装配式混凝土建筑的推广应用。

Abstract：In the context of prefabricated concrete building’s rapid development，it is crucial to study how to control the cost of construction. Through the analysis of each part cost of China's prefabricated concrete buildings，summarizes difficult points in the current construction cost control and analyzes the reasons. Finally，puts forward specific measures to control the construction cost of prefabricated buildings from the government，industry and enterprise levels to promote the application of prefabricated concrete buildings.
