平准化成本在核电项目中的应用研究

摘要:基于IAEA和GIF提出的三种计算平准化成本的方法和工具,以国内成熟的压水堆为案例,深入分析计算方法的差异,对比参数输入和指标计算结果,总结各种方法的异同和优缺点。结合国内核电建设现状和经验,给出计算平准化成本需要关注的事项,尤其说明借鉴三种方法时需要关注的输入参数,能够指导相关从业人员根据国内核电现状对计算步骤和参数进行合理设定,起到规范指标计算、使结果更加准确可信的作用。

Abstract:Based on the three methods and tools proposed by IAEA and GIF to calculate the levelized cost,taking domestic mature PWR as an example,this paper analyzes the differences of calculation methods,compares parameter input and index calculation results,and summarizes the similarities,differences,advantages and disadvantages of various methods. The research combines the current situation and experience of domestic nuclear power construction,and gives the matters needing attention when calculating the levelized cost,especially the input parameters needing attention when using the three methods for reference,which can guide the relevant practitioners to reasonably set the calculation steps and parameters according to the current situation of domestic nuclear power,and play a role in standardizing the index calculation and making the results more accurate and credible.
