摘要：在预制装配式高架桥项目中，为实现有效的成本管理，根据费用发生的不同阶段分析成本的影响因素，并基于物理—事理—人理的工程造价管理三维认知结构框架，将影响成本的因素划分为物理因素，事理因素和人理因素。通过层次分析法，得出各影响因素的权重，确定主要影响因素。最终针对主要影响因素，提出关于预制装配式高架桥成本管理的对策建议，以供相关单位参考。

Abstract：In the prefabricated viaduct project，in order to achieve effective cost management，this paper analyzes the influencing factors of cost according to the different stages of cost occurrence，and divides the influencing factors into Wuli factors，Shili factors and Renli factors based on the three-dimensional cognitive structure framework of engineering cost management of Wuli-Shili-Renli. Through the analytic hierarchy process，get the weight of each influencing factor，determine the main influencing factors. Finally，in view of the main influencing factors，the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the cost management of prefabricated viaduct for the reference of relevant organizations.
