基于BP神经网络的PPP项目绩效评价

摘要:在CSF理论基础上,构建涉及项目特征、经济评价、管理控制及产出影响四个方面,包含24个KPI指标的全生命周期绩效指标体系,建立基于BP神经网络的PPP项目绩效评价方法,并利用仿真实验测试其性能。仿真结果表明,该方法显著提升了PPP项目绩效评价的精确度和效率,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:This paper constructs a whole life cycle performance indicators system based on CSF theory,which includes 24 KPI indicators in four aspects,project characteristics,economic evaluation,management control and output impact,establishes a performance measurement method in PPP project based on BP neural network,and tests its function by simulation experiments. The results show that this method significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of performance measurement in PPP project,and has high application value.
