摘要：分析目前PPP项目合同存在的主要问题，有针对性地从合作期限、产出标准/服务要求等6个方面阐述合同主要条款的风险及防范，并探讨社会资本方在市场测试、项目采购和采购结果及确认谈判等环节完善合同条款内容。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the main problems existing in PPP contract at present，and elaborates the risks and prevention of the main contract terms from six aspects，such as cooperation duration，output standard/service requirements and so on. Then，explores how private sector perfect the contents of the contract terms in the aspects of market testing，project procurement and confirmation and negotiation of procurement results.
