摘要：结合电子投标保函的相关政策以及市场现状，分析推行电子投标保函的必要性，阐述三种不同的电子投标保函运行模式及其优缺点，包括专线直连模式、自建标准接口模式及第三方独立平台模式，基于保函中各角色需求，探讨适合工程领域的电子投标保函模式。

Abstract：Based on the relevant policies of electronic bid guarantee and the current market situation，this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing electronic bid guarantee，expounds three different models of electronic bid guarantee and their advantages and disadvantages，including special line direct connection model，self built standard interface model and third-party independent platform model. Then discusses the model of electronic bid guarantee suitable for engineering field based on the needs of each role in the guarantee.
