摘要：基于扎根理论方法识别出影响履约绩效的三大控制要素，构建出项目控制权对工程总承包人履约绩效的影响路径，探讨工程变更条款适度控制问题。研究表明，工程变更控制权和工程变更价款调整会影响承包人的履约行为进而影响履约绩效，采用控制权强弱互补的工程变更条款设计有助于改善履约绩效。

Abstract：Based on the grounded theory method，this paper identifies three major control factors that affect performance. Based on this，constructs the influence path of project control right on the performance of the general contractor，and discusses the problem of engineering change terms of moderate control. The research shows that engineering change control rights and engineering change price adjustments will affect the contractor's performance behavior and thus affect the performance of the contract. The engineering change clauses with complementary control strengths will help improve performance.
