摘要：新时代背景下，研究和推进建筑业高质量发展对于建筑业和国民经济都具有重要的战略意义。以五大发展理念为指导思想，在经济高质量发展理论的基础上，构建建筑业高质量发展测度体系，借助熵权TOPSIS法评价2017年度中国30省的建筑业高质量发展水平，并分析其空间分布格局，在此基础上提出相应的政策建议，以期为推动我国建筑业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract：In the new era，it is of strategic for both the construction industry and the national economy to study the high-quality development of the construction industry. This paper takes the five development concepts as guidance，constructs measuring system for high-quality development of construction industry on the basis of the theory of high-quality economic development. And evaluates the high-quality development level of the construction industry of 30 provinces in China in 2017 by means of the entropy-right TOPSIS method，and analyzes the spatial distribution pattern. Finally，puts forward corresponding policy recommendations according to the research conclusion.
