摘要：为破解建筑业在转型和创新发展过程中面临的困难和挑战，则要坚持以高质量发展为导向，提升发展动力。针对建筑业高质量发展的动力因素，运用系统动力学进行定性分析，构建建筑业高质量发展动力机制初始化理论模型，做出分析并提出相应建议。力争在新时代下为我国建筑业高质量发展提供战略指导，加速建筑业完成转型升级。

Abstract：To solve the difficulties and challenges faced in the process of transformation and innovation development by the construction industry，the orientation of high-quality development should be insisted to enhance the development motivation. Aiming at the dynamic factors of high-quality development of construction industry，this paper adopts the system dynamics to carry out the qualitative analysis，constructs the initial theoretical model of the dynamic mechanism of high-quality development of construction industry，obtains the analysis and puts forward relevant suggestions，makes efforts to produce strategic guidance for the high-quality development of construction industry in the new age of China，and facilitates the realization of the transition and upgrading of construction industry.
