[摘　要]　简要分析了构建现代建设项目管理理论体系的重要意义，提出应从建设项目管理制度设计和治理结构、建设项目科学管理理论、管理方法和技术三个方面构建建设项目管理体系。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the importance of modern construction project management theoretical system briefly, and puts forward three aspects for constructing it, including construction project management system design and governance structure, construction project scientific management theory, management method & technology.
