变电站工程3D打印技术效益分析

摘要:预制装配式与3D打印等新型施工技术,为传统电力工程项目进一步缩短建设周期、提升工程质量、加强环境保护提供了技术可能性。以某变电站工程为例,对比分析混凝土现浇、预制装配式及3D打印等三种施工技术的工艺特点,探讨变电站工程的主要成本构成,评价新型施工技术对变电站工程综合效益的影响,以期为未来变电站施工技术的选取及成本管理目标优化提供参考。

Abstract:New construction technologies,such as prefabrication and 3D printing,have provided technical possibilities for traditional power engineering projects to further shorten the construction duration,improve engineering quality and strengthen environmental protection. Based on a transformer substation project example,we analyzed the characteristics of three construction technologies including concrete cast-in-situ,prefabricated and 3D printing technologies. We followed by discussing the major cost composition of a substation and the overall benefit of the introduction of new construction technologies. The result of this study provides references for the selection of construction technology and project cost optimization for future transformer substations.
