摘要：以目标导向为探索思路，以业财融合为出发点，详细阐述大型建筑企业应该如何建设智慧财务才能达到有效撬动整个建筑业的“智慧化”变革，最终实现降本增效、强化内控、价值创造等愿景，平稳顺利地从财务会计向管理会计过渡。

Abstract：Based on the goal-oriented approach and the integration of industry and finance as the starting point，this paper elaborates in detail how large construction enterprises should build intelligent finance to effectively leverage the “intelligent” transformation of the whole construction industry，and ultimately achieve the vision of cost reduction，efficiency enhancement，internal control and value creation，so as to smoothly transit from financial accounting to management accounting.
