摘要：在系统总结超大型城市综合体对总承包项目管理要求的基础上，以“未来方舟”项目为例，介绍该项目总承包项目管理的实践经验，包括组织架构体系、材料集中采购、项目管理局域网、绿色施工组织等。最后，提出超大型城市综合体总承包项目管理的创新理念和管理办法，以期为类似项目提供参考。

Abstract：This paper systematically summarizes the requirements of super-large urban complex for general contracting project management. On the basis，takes a typical case “Future Ark” project as an example，introduces the practical experience of the project in the general contracting project management，including the organizational structure system，centralized procurement of materials，the LAN of project management，green construction organization，etc. Finally，summarizes innovative ideas and management methods in the construction process of the super-large urban complex，hopes to provide reference for similar project.
