摘要：基于当前水利工程特点，从建设单位视角出发，探讨了水利工程建设合同管理的措施，并以贵州省夹岩水利枢纽及黔西北供水工程为例，对水利工程建设单位的合同管理措施进行了探讨，以期为其他类似水利工程的建设合同管理提供借鉴或参考。

Abstract：Based on the characteristics of current water conservancy projects，this paper discusses the measures of contract management of water conservancy project construction，and takes Jiayan Water Conservancy Project in Guizhou Province and Water Supply Project in Northwest Guizhou Province as examples，probes into the contract management measures of water conservancy project construction units，with a view to providing references for the construction contract management of other similar water conservancy projects.
