摘要：利用可视化分析软件Cite Space，以CNKI数据库（2000-2018）收录的公共项目投资决策相关文献作为数据来源，绘制出该领域的知识图谱，综合分析作者、机构、期刊和关键词等，研究结果显示：（1）相关研究作者存在明显的科研合作圈，多集中于双一流高校，团队合作关系明显；（2）高频关键词突现点与国家政策的导向有关，大数据技术、网络舆情分析等公共项目投资决策方法也是未来的研究热点；（3）国内研究形成了比较系统性的观点，但还有待完善。

Abstract：Based on CiteSpace visual analysis software，the paper conducts a data analysis by collecting the relevant literature of public project investment decision from CNKI database（2000-2018）. By graphing knowledge map of this field，comprehensively analyzes integrated information including the author and institution background，journal and keyword for analysis usage. The results show that：（1）The relevant research existed obvious research cooperation circle，which was concentrate on double first-class colleges and universities，and the team cooperation relationship is apparent；（2）The high frequency of keyword is closely related to the orientation of national policy. Besides，the investment decision method of public projects such as big Data technology and network opinion analysis is also a trend or hotspot in the future；（3）Domestic research has formed a systematic viewpoint，but it still has space for further improvement.
