校企协同育人“项目制、导师制”创新人才培养模式改革与实践

摘要:以创新型人才培养为目标,提出了校企协同育人“项目制、导师制”创新人才培养模式改革与实践,在全面解析该人才培养模式内涵的基础上,以房地产检测与估价专业为例,提出了从识岗阶段、习岗阶段、顶岗阶段建构“2+3+1”人才培养实施方案,并对实施方法进行了深入分析,为高校开展协同育人实践提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Taking training of innovative talents as the goal,this paper puts forward the reform and practice of innovative talents training mode of “project system and tutorial system” in school-enterprise collaborative education. Thenk,on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the connotation of this talent training mode,and taking the real estate inspection and appraisal major as an example,puts forward the implementation plan of “2+3+1” talents training from the stage of job-recognition,job-internship and job-post practice,and further more,makes a depth analysis of the implementation methods,provides reference for the practice of collaborative education in Colleges and universities.
