摘要：首先对2009至2018年我国房屋市政工程领域发生的生产安全事故起数、死亡人数和1994～2002、2010～2017年间发生的建筑伤亡事故类型进行了分析，揭示了我国房屋市政工程生产安全事故呈现的基本特点。然后，基于对我国已有建筑安全事故致因研究的理论成果分析，归纳出了影响房屋市政工程生产安全事故的9个关键因素。最后，给出了优化我国房屋市政工程安全生产管理的意见建议，期望对提高安全生产管理降低生产安全事故提供借鉴。

Abstract：Firstly，the number and deaths of production safety accidents occurred between 2009 and 2018 and the types of construction casualties occurred in 1994-2002 and 2010-2017 in China’s housing municipal engineering field were analyzed，revealing the basic characteristics of the safety accidents of housing municipal engineering production in China. Then，based on the theoretical analysis of the cause of the existing construction safety accidents in China，nine key factors affecting the safety accidents of housing municipal engineering are summarized. Finally，the opinions and suggestions on optimizing the safety production management of China’s housing municipal engineering are given，which is expected to provide reference for improving safety production management and reducing production safety accidents.
