[摘　要]　灾后建筑物安全评估是政府救灾工作中的一项重要任务，但目前我国在这方面存在着制度缺失、组织机构和评估主体不明确、操作规范缺失等问题。通过分析国外建筑物灾后安全评估机制与特色，进而从法制与制度、管理机制、评估人员设置等几个方面，对我国建筑物灾后安全评估机制的建设提出建议。

Abstract: As one of the most important parts in post-disaster relief work, post-disaster　buildings’ safety assessment is confronting with many problems in China, such as the deficiency of system, the uncertainty of organizations and implementation mains, and the lack of the specific operational procedures, etc. Through the analysis of mechanisms and their characteristics of foreign countries’ post-disaster safety assessment, the paper makes proposals of improving the assessment mechanisms from the aspects of the rules of law and system, management mechanism, and staff setting.
