摘要：基于DEMATEL法分析生态城市建设中的房地产企业可持续影响因素，并从原因和结果两方面分析了各因素间相互影响的逻辑关系，得出房地产企业的“城市生态服务能力”对于其生态城市建设中实现可持续发展具有重要影响，为我国生态化城市建设中房地产企业实施绿色转型提供一定的指导性建议。

Abstract：The paper studies based on the DEMATEL method influence factors of real estate enterprisesustainable in the ecological city construction，and analyzes the mutual influence of logical relationship between various factorsfrom two aspects of cause and effect，concludes that real estate enterprises “urban ecological service ability” has an important influence in the construction of ecological city，provides some guidancefor the sustainable development of real estate enterprises in the construction of ecological city.
