摘要：装配式建筑是建造方式的重大变革，是建筑业转型升级的必然举措。本文梳理了沈阳市装配式建筑发展的主要政策，介绍了发展所取得的成绩，并指出目前装配式建筑发展中存在的问题，最后提出相应的对策建议，以期为沈阳市进一步推进装配式建筑产业发展提供参考。

Abstract：Prefabricated building is a great reform of construction ways，and is the inevitable measure forthe transformation and upgrading of construction industry. The paper hackles the main policies for the development of prefabricated buildings in Shenyang，introduces the achievements of development，and points out the problems in the development of prefabricated building. Finally，puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions，in order to provide a reference for further promotion of prefabricated building industry.
