摘要：研究分析老挝建设工程标准化建设及其实施情况，总结老挝建设工程标准现状，分析当前存在主要问题，研究老挝建设标准发展的趋势，并与中国或国际标准化建设进行比较，由此提出中国标准技术“走出去”服务“一带一路”倡议的启发和思考。

Abstract：Through the research and analysis of the standardization construction of Laos construction project and its implementation，the paper summarizes the status quo of Laos construction engineering standards，analyzes current major problems，studies the trend of development standards in Laos，compares with Chinese and international standardization construction，and proposes the inspiration and thinking of the strategy of “going out” and serving the “The Belt and Road” strategy.
