摘要：运用文献综述法与案例分析法，从文献中识别BIM的应用成本与效益要素。BIM的应用成本分为4个要素；BIM的应用效益直接效益和间接效益共计分为10个要素。再以某研发中心项目的建筑幕墙工程为案例，收集BIM的应用成本与效益数据，构建了BIM应用成本与效益的评估框架。

Abstract：This paper takes the curtain wall system engineering of a research center project as the research object. Firstly，the cost and benefit elements of BIM application are identified based on literature review and case study. BIM application cost can be subdivided into four elements. BIM application benefit can be subdivided into ten elements. Then，the cost and benefit data are collected throughout the project. Finally，the case-based cost and benefit evaluation framework in BIM application is designed and applied.
