摘要：阐述高校基建工程合同管理体系的构建，包括建立合同管理组织机构、制定合同管理流程、加强合同管理信息化建设等。然后结合高校基建工程合同管理实际案例，介绍合同管理体系的具体应用情况，以期加强基建工程管理内部控制，实现工程质量、进度和投资目标。

Abstract：This paper expounds the construction of contract management system for capital construction projects，including establishing contract management organization，formulating contract management process，and strengthening contract management information construction. Then，combined with the actual case of contract construction management of capital construction project，inturduces the specific application of contract management system，in order to strengthen the internal control of capital construction project management to achieve project quality，schedule and investment objectives.
