装配式建筑供应链协同绩效评价指标体系的构建研究

摘要:基于文献研究和装配式建筑相关政策及行业标准,结合装配式建筑供应链的特征,从运输协同、库存管理协同、信息共享协同、成本控制协同、客户服务协同、风险分担协同等方面,构建装配式建筑企业供应链协同绩效评价指标体系。综合运用ANP-Fuzzy价模型,对江苏省某区装配式建筑企业供应链协同绩效作出评价,检验建立的装配式建筑供应链协同绩效评价指标的适用性。关键词:装配式建筑;供应链;协同绩效;评价指标;ANP-FuzzyAbstract:Based on literature research and current prefabricated construction related policies and industry standards,combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated construction supply chain,from the aspects of transportation collaboration,inventory management collaboration,information sharing collaboration,cost control collaboration,customer service collaboration,risk sharing collaboration,etc. This paper establishes an evaluation index system of supply chain collaboration performance of assembly construction enterprises,evaluates the supply chain collaboration performance of prefabricated construction enterprises in a district of Jiangsu Province by using ANP-Fuzzy integrated evaluation model,and verifies the applicability of the established evaluation index of supply chain collaboration performance of prefabricated construction enterprises.Keywords:prefabricated construction;supply chain;collaborative performance;evaluation index;ANP-Fuzzy参考文献[1] 王怀林.物联网在供应链中的应用研究[D].济南:山东建筑大学,2012.[2] Daugherty P.J.Richey R G,Roath A.S.et al.Is collaboration paying off for firms[J].
