摘要：将主体质量风险行为分为技术类、违规管理类和不规范类，分析工程质量责任主体的质量风险行为；在此基础上，按照构建工程质量责任主体质量风险行为层次模型、计算不同类型质量风险行为与工程质量问题的关联度和责任主体的质量风险行为的责任比例的步骤，建立工程质量责任划分模型；以某工程项目质量责任诉讼案为例，验证该模型的有效性，期望为工程质量争议解决提供操作性强的方法参考。

Abstract：This paper divides the quality risk behaviors of quality subjects into technical type，illegal management type and non-standard type，and analyzes quality risk behaviors of main bodies of responsibility for project quality. On the basis，establishes the multi-party quality principal responsibility partition model follows the step of building hierarchical model of quality risk behavior of quality subjects，calculating the correlation degree between different types of quality risk behaviors and engineering quality problems，as well as the the responsibility ratio of quality risk behavior of liability subject. Takes a case of quality liability litigation of a project as an example，proves the validity of the model，hopes to provide a practical method reference for solving quality disputes.
