摘要：代建单位与设计单位作为项目建设的重要参与方，二者的协作与配合关系到项目前期的进度进展，影响着整个项目完成质量。代建与设计有着各自的利益需求，双方存在博弈关系。根据全过程工程咨询条件下双方信息沟通情况，建立完全信息静态博弈模型，并求解得出纳什均衡。基于全过程工程咨询对博弈的改善情况，探讨全过程工程咨询管理制度相关方面的设计方向。

Abstract：The agent construction unit and the design unit are important participants in the project construction. The coordination and cooperation between the two are related to the progress of the project in the early stage and affect the quality of the entire project. Agent construction and design have their own interests and needs，and there’s a game relationship between the two parties. Based on the information communication between the two parties under the whole process engineering consulting conditions，this paper establishes a complete information static game model and solves the Nash equilibrium. Based on the whole process engineering consultation to improve the game，discusses the design direction of the relevant aspects of the whole process engineering consulting management system.
