基于直觉模糊TODIM的装配式建筑预制构件供应商选择

摘要:在对装配式建筑预制构件供应商选择的定性和定量指标进行分析的基础上,运用直觉模糊加权平均算子集结不同专家给出的权重语言和定性评价语言信息,通过去模糊化处理得到指标主观权重和定性指标的精确值。利用熵权法计算指标客观权重,进而确定指标主客观组合权重向量。在供应商选择排序中,提出一种考虑决策者具有参照依赖和损失规避行为的TODIM方法,通过计算各备选供应商的总体优势度对供应商进行择优。最后结合实例进行分析,验证该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative indexes for the selection of precast element supplier of prefabricated building,an intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator is used to gather the information of weight language and qualitative evaluation language given by different experts,and the accurate values of subjective weight and qualitative indexes are obtained by the application of defuzzification algorithm. The entropy weight method is used to calculate the objective weight of the indexes,then the attribute combination weight vector is determined. In the process of supplier selection ranking,a TODIM method is proposed which considers that decision makers are reference dependency and risk avoidance,and the alternative suppliers are ranked by calculating the overall dominance degree of each alternative supplier. Finally,an empirical case is used to demonstrate the feasibility and effective of the model.
