摘要：基于集成项目交付（IPD）模式研究高铁建设前期的协同管理，提出将目标定义阶段作为高铁建设前期的第一个阶段，分析不同阶段下的团队构成，明确各参与方的角色与责任，并通过成立多方专职协同小组，建立多方联合议会制度，建立以BIM为基础的协同沟通机制，从而搭建IPD模式下的协同管理平台。以安九高铁为案例，展示安九铁路前期建设过程中IPD模式的具体应用，结果表明，将IPD模式引入高铁建设前期，能够有效减少设计变更，提升高铁建设效益。

Abstract：Based on integrated project delivery（IPD）model，this paper studies the collaborative management of high-speed railway’s pre-construction. Proposes to use target definition phase as the first phase of high-speed railway’s pre-construction and analyzes the team structure under different constitution stages，clarifying the roles & responsibilities of each participant. And then，through the way of establishing the multi-party sole duty syndication team and the multi-party joint parliamentary system to build a BIM-based collaborative communication mechanism and establish a collaborative IPD management platform as well. Then uses the case of Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway to show the specific use of IPD model in the pre-construction of Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway. The results show that the introduction of high-speed railway construction IPD model can effectively reduce pre-design changes and improve the construction efficiency.
