冲突状态下工程项目救援实施策略

摘要:在冲突条件下如何挽救项目是业主方亟需面对的问题。当业主面对只有通过补偿冲突发起方才能化解冲突的情况下,本文分析了业主方的两种应对策略。一是满足冲突发起者乙方的利益诉求,业主需要支付较多的成本;二是清退乙方,遴选新的继任者,业主需要支付将要发生的一系列成本。通过对比两者成本大小,成本较小策略即为业主的决策取向。此外,本文采用短期和长期绩效评价两种指标度量项目绩效的变化情况,进而反映冲突状态下,救援策略的实施效果。关键词:救援策略;实施步骤;工程项目Abstract:How to rescue the project and then reduce the loss of owners is urgent problems needed to be solved in a state of conflict. In the condition of conflicts which just can be only solved by compensating the initiator of conflict,this paper discussed two strategies for owners. The strategies include accepting the requirements of initiator of conflict or retreating the initiator and the owner needs to pay more costs,reselecting new contractor and the owner needs to pay a range of future costs. The minimum cost of both strategies is the optimal choice by comparing the costs.
