Abstract：Based on the current policy and market environment，this paper analyzes the potential customers and market status，thus，proposes the operation model and implementation path as well as work interface of the whole process engineering consultation，and makes systematic analysis on the common problem and business requirements of the whole process engineering consultation，in order to provide practical experience for the practitioners.
