摘要：全过程工程咨询作为工程咨询领域的一个创新改革，引领我国工程咨询行业发展的方向。本文在比较全过程工程咨询模式与传统工程建设模式区别的基础上，从组建模式、咨询团队建设、组织机构设置、各阶段实施要点等方面探索全过程工程咨询实践的要点，希望对推动我国全过程工程咨询发展提供借鉴。

Abstract：As an innovative reform in the field of Engineering consulting，will become the direction of development of engineering consulting industry in China. On the basis of comparing the difference between the whole process engineering consulting mode and the traditional engineering construction mode，this paper explores the key points of the whole process engineering consulting practice from the aspects of mode establishing，consulting team building，organizational structure setting and implementation points in each stage，which hoping to provide reference for promoting the whole process engineering consulting development in China.
