[摘　要]　农民工的住房问题是我国全面建设小康社会过程中住房领域的重要问题，而对农民工的住房选择倾向进行客观的研究，得出他们的真实住房需求，则是解决农民工住房问题的基础条件。在对北京市农民工问卷调查和实地调研的基础上，总结出农民工的住房选择倾向，并用统计学和计量经济学的方法对住房选择的影响因素进行了数量分析。

Abstract: The housing problem of migrant workers is the core issue in the housing field during the period of building a moderate prosperous society in all respects. It is the basis of solving the problems to objectively research the housing choice inclination of the migrant workers and obtain their real housing demand. Based on the questionnaire survey and spot investigation, the thesis summarizes the feature of housing choice inclination of migrant workers, and makes quantitative analysis on those impacting factors with statistics and econometrics methods.
