摘要：针对现有建筑结构设计技术方法的缺陷与不足，构建一套建筑结构经济合理化设计框架技术方法，并提出了结构经济合理化设计的通用方法。然后研究沿空间轴展开的横向框架技术，构建建筑结构经济合理化设计横向技术框架，作为建筑结构设计全范围经济合理化设计水平控制的系统化指导框架准则。研究表明：通过构建上述横向技术框架，可以对现有通用设计方法提供横向系统层面的设计指导。

Abstract：In view of the shortcomings of the existing technical methods of structure design，this paper constructs a set of technical methods of economic rationalization design framework of building structure，and puts forward a general method of structural economic rationalization design. Then，studies the transverse frame technology deployed along the spatial axis. According to the structural design basis，constructs the horizontal technical framework for economic rationalization design of building structures which serves as a systematic guiding framework for the economic and rational design level control of the whole design content and direction of building structures. The research shows that by building the above horizontal technical framework，can provide design guidance at the horizontal system level for the existing general design methods.
