摘要：以我国工程项目为研究对象，通过文献综述识别快速竣工施工技术和管理方法的应用障碍，运用问卷调查法分析在施工技术和管理方法两个层面快速竣工应用障碍的解决措施，旨在为工程项目的参与方选择快速竣工方法提供参考。

Abstract：This paper takes construction projects in China as the research object，and identifies the barrier in the application of rapid completion construction techniques and management methods through literature review. Then，uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the solutions to the application barrier of rapid completion in terms of construction technology and management method，in order to provide reference for selecting a rapid completion method.
